Manager of Production – Great Opportunity! 

Continue to grow your career by joining a leading food manufacturer in Claremont, NH as a Manager of Production! This is a direct-hire opportunity with exceptional compensation! 

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm 

Day in the life of the Manager of Production: 

  • Oversee a team of 18 employees including leads and supervisors.
  • Manage day-to-day operation including workflow, adherence to plan, management of work in process, job assignments rotations and delegation of duties to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Mentor and motivate team members, providing training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth.
  • Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.

Qualifications if the Manager of Production:

  • Experience leading a team, preferable in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal.) 
  • Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence. 
  • Ability to speak, coach, supervise team members.
  • computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with deep problem-solving ability
