Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

We are looking for candidates who are problem solvers and who can think on their feet for a Customer Service Representative opportunity in Somersworth, NH! In this position, you will assist our client’s customers with questions and concerns about their orders. This full-time, direct hire role is within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires strong communication skills and professionalism!

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

  • Listen to internal and external customers and identify their needs
  • Assist customers with resolving their issues or questions
  • Process orders and returns
  • Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  • Provide reports to accounting and finance departments
  • Enter orders and customer information into CRM
  • Other duties as they relate to customer satisfaction

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

  • At least five years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment or a comparable position
  • A business-related Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Professionalism and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting
