Manufacturing Engineer

Our well-established client is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in advancing the automation of the company’s Manchester, NH manufacturing facility in this excellent, direct-hire role.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer

• Research, design, develop, and recommend manufacturing process and machinery improvements
• Be the primary point of contact for manufacturing technical support
• Interface with other disciplines including Sales Service, Estimating, and Drafting
• Provide leadership and hands-on technical support to maintenance/manufacturing activities
• Create/maintain manufacturing SOPs
• Design tooling, jigs, and fixtures in support of machining operations and product assembly

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Engineer

• BS in an Engineering discipline desired
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated experience in creative problem-solving and implementing corrective action
• Experience in assembly, CNC machining, testing, heat treating, bending, welding, and finishing
