Manufacturing Process Engineer

A large, well-known company is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join its growing team.  In this direct-hire role, you’ll use your expertise to identify and develop ways to optimize the manufacture of this company’s innovative commercial equipment.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Work with management to identify improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, performance, and preventive and predictive maintenance
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering department with investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production-related issues
• Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results
• Assist in performing first article approvals
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Process Engineer

• B.S. in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management
• 5+ years of experience in quality and manufacturing process engineering, or a similar role
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team, meet deadlines, and produce results
