Leddy Group is partnering with a leading manufacturer to identify talented manufacturing professionals for multiple openings at their Exeter, NH facility. Pay Range:
$20.00 – $32.40 per hour, depending on experience and position.
*Additional shift premiums apply: Employees working 2nd Shift receive an additional 15% shift differential, and employees working Weekend Shift receive an additional 20% shift differential.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift 
• 2nd Shift (15% shift differential)
• Weekend Shift Opportunities (Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours, plus a 20% shift differential)

Responsibilities vary by assigned position, but you could be doing:

• Assembling products and components using work instructions, work orders, drawings, and established manufacturing procedures.
• Operating production equipment and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Using precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, fixtures, and inspection equipment.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Performing visual and dimensional inspections to verify product conformance.
• Making mechanical adjustments to components and assemblies while maintaining tight tolerances.
• Supporting chemical cleaning, coating, and surface preparation processes.
• Monitoring production processes and troubleshooting issues to maintain product quality.
• Setting up equipment and workstations for production activities.
• Recording inspections, measurements, process data, and production documentation.
• Collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety and quality standards.
