2nd Shift Manufacturing Lead

A specialized manufacturing company located in Portsmouth, NH is searching for a Second Shift Manufacturing Lead to join their team. The goal of this position to provide high quality standard coating portfolios for the cutting, molding, and forming tool market as well as offering customized solutions for customers.

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Lead:

  • Lead Activities which include assigning tasks to other shift members, scheduling a workflow and interaction with other company resources.
  • Perform the fixturing and cleaning process for all parts.
  • Learn what is an acceptable blasted finish and what is not.
  • Perform a precoat inspection and coating process.
  • Automated Sand Blasting.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Lead:

  • At least 1 year of light industrial experience.
  • High attention to detail.

2nd shift schedule is Monday-Thursday; 4pm-2am but training will happen for approximately two months on 1st shift with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm.

Pay rate is $15-$16 per hour with a 5% shift differential which will be paid while training. Once trained and proficient, shift differential will increase to 10%.
