Manufacturing Specialist (Floater)

If you want to gain valuable skills and not be bored at work, then don’t miss this entry-level Manufacturing Specialist opportunity! You’ll float among at least three different departments at a rubber manufacturer’s Laconia, NH facility. Both first and second shift hours are available. Overtime is truly optional, not required – PLUS you’ll earn a monthly attendance bonus!!

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Specialist (Floater)

• Contribute to different departments day-to-day as needed to ensure goals are met
• Cross train to perform various tasks in 3 of the following areas: machine operation, QC, shipping, spray coating, assembly, and/or maintenance
• Help keep work area clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Specialist (Floater)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• Willing to learn and flexible with work tasks
• Positive team player
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good organizational and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail

First shift hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Second shift works 3:00pm-11:30pm. Pay starts at $17/hour depending on experience, plus a monthly attendance bonus. Join a close-knit team of friendly employees at a great company as a Manufacturing Specialist!
