Manufacturing Technician

You’ll work as part of a team to meet production goals and improve processes as you manufacture high-quality LED display modules. This role offers a great first shift schedule with Fridays off!

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician

  • Complete LEAN training and initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects when you see the potential to eliminate waste
  • Align performance to assigned KPI goals individually and for your team
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement
  • Assemble and manufacture products in conformance to quality requirements using hand tools, power tools, and high-speed automation equipment across multiple work cells
  • Perform technical troubleshooting of equipment and processes
  • Support Training Program by becoming a Certified Trainer in specific area of focus and conduct on-the-job training within your work cell
  • Support inventory management by performing accurate and timely inventory transactions in ERP system
  • Support the 5S Program by ensuring that your work cell is in compliance with the standardized layout
  • Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of computers, electronics, and how to use them
  • Comfortable using equipment such as power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be trained in specific skill sets as needed (e.g., soldering, electronic assembly, machining, injection molding)
  • Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed
  • Self-motivated and committed to quality

The Manufacturing Technician works Monday through Thursday, 7:00am-5:30pm. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $17.50-$20/hour. If you’re ready to join a company that believes people come first, apply today!
