Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Post on and monitor various social media accounts
- Create marketing materials using Publisher
- Answer phones and assist or direct callers
- Create reports using PowerPoint
- Perform other marketing and administrative functions, as required
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant
- Prior marketing and administrative experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience posting to social media accounts and using Constant Contact
