Medical Assembly Supervisor

Don’t miss this direct-hire Medical Assembly Team Lead opportunity in Rochester, NH! You’ll provide leadership, direction, and clear communication of expectations and objectives for a group of 30-40 employees in a clean room environment. Both first and second shift hours are available. Previous supervisory experience is required, and regulatory or ISO experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of the Medical Assembly Supervisor

• Provide motivational leadership and direction to all associates to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while enhancing teamwork
• Assist with developing, communicating, and maintaining measures of performance to track progress in meeting objectives
• Ensure employees are properly trained and adhere to policies and procedures
• Schedule workflow to maximize use of manpower and prevent delays
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and tools
• Collaborate with various departments to achieve goals
• Work overtime as required
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Medical Assembly Supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Familiar with ISO 13485
• Experience with ERP and MS Office
• Clean room experience is a plus
• Regulatory or ISO experience highly desirable
• Responsible team player with good decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
