Responsibilities of the Member Experience Specialist (Teller)

  • Accurately and efficiently process all transactions while providing exemplary customer service
  • Communicate in a professional, courteous demeanor in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Fulfill member requests, resolve issues, and seek opportunities to recommend products and services that will deepen member relationships
  • Maintain customer privacy and security
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Travel occasionally as required for ongoing training, meetings, and/or to provide branch support
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Member Experience Specialist (Teller)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to two years of customer service experience
  • Previous sales and/or banking experience is preferred
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, sales-focused, and driven for results
  • Computer skills including MS Office
  • Ability to understand and keep up to date with credit union compliance and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Hours for this Member Experience Specialist position are weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00/5:15pm, and Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm. You’ll receive a full week day off to make up for the Saturday hours. Apply today!
