Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.

A Hampton, NH organization is looking for Member Service Representative candidates with proven customer service experience and good communication skills! In this full-time role, you will respond to inbound calls from customers and help resolve their issues. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding call center environment!

Responsibilities of the Member Service Representative

  • Take inbound calls and/or return calls to customers regarding customer complaints
  • Resolve or work with others internally to resolve customer issues
  • Document calls electronically

Qualifications of the Member Service Representative   

  • At least one year of customer service experience within a fast-paced and demanding call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and follow through tasks to completion
  • Basic MS Office Suite skills
