Office Administrative Support  

Do you like variety in your job? Then this Office Administrative Support position is for you! You’ll work as part of a small, close-knit staff as you help to keep things running smoothly for vacation rental customers at this picturesque ski community in Ludlow, VT. Our client is open to applicants who would like to work on a seasonal basis but would prefer to hire someone who could stay year-round. This position could lead to a direct hire for the right candidate!

Responsibilities of Office Administrative Support  

  • Answer phones and email
  • Handle general communications with rental customers, property owners, vendors, etc.
  • Prepare signage for properties
  • Track maintenance requests and repairs
  • Coordinate vendor work at properties
  • Communicate rental occupancy reports
  • Send payment reminders and process payments for rental reservations
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications of Office Administrative Support  

  • 1 year of previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Word/Excel and Google Drive
  • Previous experience in property management is a plus

Pay for this Office Administrative Support position depends on experience, ranging from $17-$19/hour. A full-time, year-round candidate will receive benefits including health insurance, vacation, sick days, and a discretionary performance-based bonus.
