Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative

Outgoing, ambitious, rigidly organized, a decision maker – if this describes you, we want to talk to you about an Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative position on the NH seacoast! This opportunity with a family-owned plumbing and heating company is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing a variety of hats and helping out wherever needed! Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative

  • Answer the phone and take messages
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling service
  • Provide quality customer service to all customers
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Record data in QuickBooks

Qualifications of the Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative

  • Strong sense of confidence
  • High attention to detail and organized in all aspects of job duties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with QuickBooks, MS Word and Excel
  • Legible handwriting
  • Experience working within a plumbing and heating company preferred
