From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

We are working with a financial services firm in Portsmouth, NH in their search for an experienced Office Administrator! In this full-time position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of office functions, such as greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, processing mail, and more. Our client is looking for someone with at least four years of related experience for this role.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator

  • Answer phone and assist or direct callers
  • Greet visitors
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule meetings and assist with meeting preparation
  • Maintain files
  • Plan events
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Office Administrator

  • 4+ years of recent, related experience
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
