Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.

In this role, you will support the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks, such as creating proposals and estimates, performing data entry, processing payments, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong communication skills, is proficient in MS Office Suite, and enjoys working with customers.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant
- Send correspondence to current and potential clients
- Answer phone and assist or direct callers
- Assist existing and potential clients with questions regarding services
- Draft and send estimates
- Perform data entry
- Update daily schedule
- Perform other related tasks and projects
Qualifications of the Office Assistant
- Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to operate common office equipment
- Customer service oriented
