Amber has been a member of the Leddy Group team since December of 2016 when Leddy Group acquired Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20-plus years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Director.

We are seeking qualified candidates with previous accounting experience for an Office Manager – Accounts/Billing role in Hampton, NH! You will join a small but growing company’s positive, team-oriented setting, where you are not just a number. In fact, you’ll get the chance to wear many hats as you undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help our busy client process payments and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities of the Office Manager – Accounts/Billing
- Review and process incoming payments
- Review and identify delinquent accounts
- Answer questions from customers regarding their accounts
- Process work orders and credit memos
- Create service calls from incoming calls and emails
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure accurate billing
- Crosstrain with other departments to assist, when necessary
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Office Manager – Accounts/Billing
- Associate degree in accounting highly preferred but not required
- Proficient in Excel; SAGE or a related accounting software experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in a service-based business a plus
