Our Enfield, NH client is seeking an experienced professional for their Office Manager/Bookkeeper role! This full-time opportunity requires someone who is willing to wear multiple hats, as you will be handling all bookkeeping tasks as well as offering executive support to help the office run smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager/Bookkeeper

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Process payroll
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Keep records and prepare financial reports
  • Answer phones and help manage email inbox for executive
  • Manage donor database and send gifts/acknowledgements to donors
  • Foster a positive, professional team environment
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications of the Office Manager/Bookkeeper

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Administrative support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects
