From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A growing and fast-paced manufacturer in Portsmouth, NH needs a part-time Office Manager! The Office Manager is a trustworthy individual who wears many hats, from onboarding new employees to light bookkeeping and more. Our client is looking for someone on a direct hire basis for this opportunity that works approximately 25 flexible hours/week.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager/Bookkeeper
- Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
- Perform light accounting
- Onboard new employees
- Assist with invoicing clients
- Oversee manufacturing schedules
- Assist production team, when needed
- Perform other tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Office Manager/Bookkeeper
- Strong computer skills
- Prior accounting experience using QuickBooks
- Prior experience in an office environment
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and willing to help out when needed
