Leddy Group is currently seeking an Office Support Assistant applicant for a growing manufacturer in Billerica, Massachusetts!

This client was founded in 1966 and manufactures specialty adhesives for use in high-tech and microelectronic applications. This Office Support Assistant position is for 90 days but could go long term depending on how well the performance is!

Job Description of Office Support:

  • General office and customer support responsibilities.
  • Processing and planning orders.
  • Assigning batch numbers.
  • Answering inbound calls and creating outbound calls.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

 Qualifications of Office Support: 

  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Previous order processing experience.
  • Process Pro experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with the computer and able to learn different software.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and get the tasks completed.

1st shift Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay is $15-$18+ per hour, DOE.
