Operating Room Liaison

Look at this great 1st shift opportunity as an Operating Room Liaison!  In this position with one of the Upper Valley’s most sought-after employers, you will play a key part in ensuring the operating room has the supplies they need for each surgery. No specific experience required but this could be a good match for someone with some inventory, planning, logistics or purchasing experience who is looking to get out from behind a desk for most of the day!

Responsibilities of the Operating Room Liaison

  • Communicate with purchasing, vendors, and operating room staff to ensure needs are met
  • Review OR schedule and make sure operating rooms are supplied with required materials
  • Help track special orders
  • Maintain records in computerized inventory
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Operating Room Liaison

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Two years of experience in working with inventory (computerized) preferred
  • Detail oriented and dependable
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
