Her focus is on recruiting talent and servicing clients for the Administrative staffing division as well as the Accounting & Finance staffing division.

Join our busy, fast-paced client as an Operations Administrative Assistant! This full-time, direct hire position in Manchester, NH is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, including event planning, calendar management, routine office tasks, and more. If you have 5+ years of prior administrative experience and enjoy variety in your day-to-day duties, consider applying for this role.

Responsibilities of the Operations Administrative Assistant

  • Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, processing mail, copying, etc.
  • Assist in planning events for internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend committee meetings and take notes
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist HR in processing new hires
  • Fill in for other assistants and receptionist when needed
  • Perform other tasks and projects, as requested

Qualifications of the Operations Administrative Assistant

  • Associate degree and at least 5 years of prior administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
