Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator

  • Coordinate operational and administrative processes and systems for executive education programs
  • Provide essential logistical, administrative, and guest services support
  • Ensure participants have a transformative learning experience
  • Perform related tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Operations Coordinator

  • Associate’s degree plus 1-2 year(s) of experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of professional office process administration and team-based project management, event planning, and academic operations
  • Proven success in providing operational and guest services support (e.g., supply ordering, inventory management, preparing and sorting materials, logistical tasks, financial transactions, etc.) for multi-day conferences or events, preferably at a college or university
  • Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • An innovative thinker who learns from both setbacks and successes
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends to facilitate programs while in session
  • Very strong computer skills are a plus

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with some potential flexibility to accommodate remote work in the future. Pay depends on experience. This Operations Coordinator role may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate, so don’t hesitate to apply!
