A Portsmouth, NH banking client is looking for an Operations Specialist for its team! This full-time role requires heavy interaction with internal and external customers, so a professional and positive attitude are required!
Responsibilities of the Operations Specialist
- Manage the daily account activity for debit and credit cards, ACH, and ATM activities
- Assist customers with questions related to transactions and cards
- Process any requests for returned or replacement cards
- Provide reports to management on a regular basis
- Report Manage the day-to-day credit and debit card operations
- Other related tasks, as assigned
Qualifications of the Operations Specialist
- Associate degree or related experience within a banking institution
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
This is an interim-to-direct opportunity that works Monday through Friday, either 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm. Apply today!
