Leddy Group is seeking an Overpayment Collections Account Manager role with a company in downtown Manchester that offers a fun and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities of the Collections Account Manager are:

  • Call overpayment debtors (in this case, doctor’s offices) to recover insurance overpayments
  • Ensures that overpayment collection accounts are handled within company guidelines
  • Resolve disputes or discrepancies

Qualifications of the Collections Account Manager:

  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Must be personable with strong spoken and written communication skills

The shift is Monday – Friday 10am-7pm and the pay is $13 per hour with an opportunity to receive bonuses!
