If you are looking for a part-time (3 days per week) opportunity and enjoy working with the public, then don’t pass up this  Part-Time Administrative Assistant position in Unity, NH! This role works Mondays from 1pm-8pm, Tuesdays from 9am-3pm, and Wednesdays from 10am-6pm, and requires a quick learner who can work on their own using effective customer service and administrative skills.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Administrative Assistant

  • Various administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing mail, filing, etc.
  • Monitor selectman emails
  • Take meeting minutes every Monday evening
  • Answer residents’ questions about the town and tax information
  • Help process forms and permits
  • Gather information and complete annual reports
  • Maintain Town Hall rentals and calendar
  • Perform other administrative support duties as required

Qualifications of the Part-Time Administrative Assistant

  • Available every Monday night for meetings
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience with agendas/taking minutes is a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Able to interact effectively with the public and various personalities
