Part-time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a strong Administrative Assistant for a busy office in Concord, NH! This part-time position works 9am-1pm or 2pm daily and has the potential to grow into more hours. If you excel at data entry and enjoy working with customers, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Administrative tasks such as copying, typing, and answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Interact with customers and assist them with questions
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Prior customer service experience
