Part Time Consumer Services Representative

A Seacoast area manufacturer is now hiring Consumer Services Representatives for their busy season! This position offers flexible part-time hours and competitive pay. If you have strong customer service skills, this is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities of the Part Time Consumer Services Representative

  • Handle email problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Issue replacements and refunds
  • Answer customer inquiries via website’s online chat function
  • Work closely with ecommerce personnel to test and resolve online ordering and discount issues

Qualifications of the Part Time Consumer Services Representative

  • Solid customer service or comparable skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Positive, professional demeanor

The Part Time Consumer Services Representative will work 4-hour shifts within the parameters of Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00am. This opportunity starts in mid-July and is expected to last through the end of this year. Apply today!
