The Leddy Group is seeking a Part Time Finance Coordinator in the Belmont, NH area. This is a great opportunity to join a flexible, hard-working team. Being a part time position, this is ideal for a candidate seeking 15-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Handle taxes, transfer pricing, general ledger and any other financials
  • Assist controller in all aspects as needed
  • Responsible for journal entries detailing controller activity
  • Assists in payroll, light HR- entering new hires, ensure employee time is accurate
  • LOA tracking, EEO tracking, time off applications

Requirements of Part Time Finance Coordinator:

  • Tax preparation experience required
  • Strong accounting background required
  • Experience with ADP
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role required
  • Must be knowledgeable and focused
