Part Time Soldering Associate

A leading manufacturer of standard and custom monitors, alarms, and data loggers is looking to hire a part-time Soldering Associate in Dover, NH. Previous soldering experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities of the Part Time Soldering Associate

  • Perform a variety of tasks to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems
  • Position, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders to determine materials requirements
  • Drill and tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units and to provide openings for elements and wiring
  • Inspect and test wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for resistance factors and for operation, and record results
  • Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications

Qualifications of the Part Time Soldering Associate

  • Soldering experience with circuit boards preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and hand dexterity
  • Must be conscientious and dependable

This part-time position works up to 3 eight-hour shifts each week, but the company will be flexible for an experienced candidate with special schedule requirements. Pay ranges from $15-18/hour depending on experience. Apply today for this Soldering Associate position!
