A medical office in Exeter, NH is seeking a friendly and professional Patient Service Representative for a full-time role! This position works Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm. Administrative and customer service skills will be put to good use as you will be assisting both patients and internal staff on a regular basis!

Responsibilities of the Patient Service Representative

  • Retrieving information from patients to register them within the office’s software system
  • Explain different policies and procedures to patients
  • Check in patients in a confidential manner
  • Collect payments from patients, if needed, and perform journal entries
  • Process incoming mail
  • Assist with other duties, as required

Qualifications of the Patient Service Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role
  • Good data entry/typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
