If you have experience in payroll and/or taxes, consider this full-time, direct hire Payroll Account Specialist role in Concord, NH! In this role, you will be working with our client’s customers, assisting them with processing their payroll. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, people, and technology.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Account Specialist

  • Work with an assigned group of customers to ensure their payroll technology needs are being met
  • Train customers on new software features
  • Review payroll entries to ensure accuracy
  • Stay on top of state and federal tax and payroll regulations
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Payroll Account Specialist

  • Payroll and/or tax experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
