A Manchester, NH non-profit is seeking an interim Payroll and Human Resources Administrator for their HR team! This opportunity with a mission-driven organization is responsible for processing payroll, administering benefits, and performing other HR-related tasks. You must have strong communication skills and be able to meet deadlines!

Responsibilities of the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator

  • Process payroll
  • Enter employee information into payroll software (changes in coverage, leave of absences, etc.)
  • Assist employees with any payroll questions or discrepancies
  • Maintain up-to-date information on employees
  • Answer phone and assist or direct callers
  • Administer benefits
  • Coordinate employee events
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain relationships
  • Helpful personality
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
