Amber has been a member of the Leddy Group team since December of 2016 when Leddy Group acquired Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A well-known, successful company in Hampton, NH is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant! In this full-time, direct-hire position, you will support the payroll team by maintaining current employee information, creating reports, assisting employees with payroll-related information, and more. Consider this opportunity if you are a team player with a can-do attitude and at least one year of payroll experience.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant
- Input bi-weekly payroll information for processing
- Ensure employee information is up to date
- Assist in issuing annual W-2 forms
- Ensure all payroll records are accurate and up to date
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions
- Run and analyze reports
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Payroll Assistant
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of payroll experience
- Good math skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
