Our Portsmouth, NH client is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager for its team! This position processes payroll, manages employee attendance records, and completes other benefit-related data entry as it relates to payroll. You’ll stay busy in this full-time role where discretion and professionalism are required!
Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager
- Process bi-weekly payroll for operations in several states
- Manage payroll for temporary staff
- Complete weekly reports
- Create payroll journal entries
- Manage all tax filings and labor reports
- Other related tasks
Qualifications of the Payroll Manager
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field
- Strong knowledge of automated payroll systems
- Deadline and results driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
