Press Operator – 2nd and 3rd Shift

A fast-growing developer of currency and banknote technology is looking for a reliable, motivated Press Operator on 2^nd and 3^rd shift in Nashua, NH. Responsibilities of the Press Operator – 2^nd and 3^rd Shift

• Set up and operate equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Monitor operation to ensure conformance to customer specifications and quality standards, and inspect finished product
• Troubleshoot problems when necessary
• Perform set changes in a timely fashion utilizing a team approach
• Make boxes and create packing lists and labels
• Package products and palletize boxes
• Complete related records, reports, and paperwork
• Help keep work area clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications of the Press Operator – 2^nd and 3^rd Shift

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience with a printing press machine
• Must be able to pass and maintain a secret security clearance
• Computer skills including ERP systems and MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Web handling experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity a plus
• Must be willing to work shift work, overtime, and weekends as required
• Ability to read, write, keep neat and accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Lean and 5S experience is desired

Hours are Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-10:00pm, or Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm-6:00am. Pay is $22-$25/hour base pay plus 15% shift differential for 2^nd and 20% for 3^rd. Apply today for this Press Operator position!
