Machine Operator
If you are reliable, professional, and have at least two years of Machine Operator experience, then this role is for you. You'll join the team at a company that focuses on structure, quality, and innovation – and offers lots of opportunity for career growth!  
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

• Set up and operate equipment safely and effectively to maximize yields and uptime
• Monitor and control equipment to maintain conformance to customer specifications and quality standards
• Visually inspect product
• Follow SOPs and guidelines for make-ready, troubleshooting, security, record keeping, and quality testing
• Operate rewinding equipment when necessary
• Make boxes, package spools, label product, and palletize boxes
• Complete paperwork
• Work as part of a team to meet goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications of the Machine Operator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience in machine operation (extrusion, CNC, robotic arm, etc.)
• Computer proficiency/ability to learn ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite  
• Web handling experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity are a plus
• Must be willing to work shift work, overtime, and weekends as required
• Experience with Lean Concepts and 5S is desirable
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must possess a valid Real I.D. or be willing to obtain a Real I.D. during hiring process
• Ability to pass a drug screen, criminal background, and security clearance

Openings are available on 2nd and 3rd shift, and pay depends on experience, ranging from $25-$27/hour. We look forward to hearing from you about this Machine Operator position!
