Process Engineer – 2nd Shift
Our Hudson, NH client is seeking Process Engineers on 2nd shift. If you have plastics injection molding experience and can manage projects from inception to production, then consider this direct-hire role with great benefits!
Responsibilities of the Process Engineer – 2nd Shift

• Process, perform simulations/trials, validate, and record new products, molds, processes, or equipment
• Optimize processes; monitor and revise processes to help generate cost savings and improve quality and efficiency
• Train Process Technicians on troubleshooting processing issues
• Assist with daily production and troubleshoot established processes
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
• Perform DOEs and ESR as required
• Communicate with customers and suppliers as needed
• Help promote a safe work environment

Qualifications of the Process Engineer – 2nd Shift

• B.S. in Plastics Engineering
• Familiar with process validation via the IQ/OQ/PQ validation system
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, automotive requirements including PPAP, PFMEA, and APQP
• Familiar with and capable of using Scientific Molding Techniques
• Familiar with automation associated with injection molding
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to adjust priorities on the fly
