Production Finishers – Entry Level

This well-respected employer is growing their team of artisans who craft custom windows and doors at their state-of-the-art facility in West Rutland, VT. You’ll gain valuable skills as you work on creative, one-of-a-kind projects in this great full-time role.

Responsibilities of the Production Finishers – Entry Level

• Work with finishing team
• Sand products by hand and with power sanders
• Mask and paint products by hand and with paint sprayer
• May learn final assembly tasks and use hand tools to attach hardware
• Inspect work for quality
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Production Finishers – Entry Level

• Mechanical aptitude for working with hand tools and some electric tools
• Previous woodworking, painting, and finish work a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to learn and takes pride in work

Hours for this Entry Level Production Finisher position are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks. Pay is $15-$16/hour. Apply today to grow your skills at a family-owned company that has delivered high-quality products for over 40 years!
