Production Machine Operator – 1st and 2nd Shift

Join a Dover, NH company as a Production Machine Operator! Both first and second shift hours are available for this great entry-level role. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced team as you help produce this company’s innovative, life-saving medical equipment – and you’ll have Fridays off!

Responsibilities of the Production Machine Operator

• Set up, fill, operate, and maintain production equipment
• Follow procedures and instructions to bond and assemble products
• Inspect and verify conformance of product to specifications
• Package and label finished product
• Maintain equipment and replenish materials as needed
• Operate pallet jack
• Follow company safety rules and regulations, including PPE usage
• May be required to work overtime

Qualifications of the Production Machine Operator 

• 6 months or more of related experience, technical school, and/or training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be technically inclined with good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/MRP systems) and math skills
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and be flexible with work tasks
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team

First shift works Monday through Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm, and second shift works 3:00pm-1:30am. Pay for first shift starts at $17.15/hour and increases to $18.15/hour upon hire. Second shift includes a $2/hour shift differential, starting at $19.15/hour and increasing to $20.15/hour upon hire. Candidates with extensive experience can earn $19.97/hour on first shift and $21.97/hour on second shift upon hire.
