If you’re a hands-on leader with rubber molding experience, then consider this Production Manager opening at a growing, successful employer! You’ll be responsible for all production activities on first shift.
Responsibilities of the Production Manager

• Hire, train, lead, and support team members on the floor
• Own the production plan; proactively identify and resolve obstacles to ensure on-time shipment
• Administer employee timekeeping
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to maintain production continuity
• Foster a safe, quality-focused, collaborative work environment
• Complete documentation
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications of the Production Manager

• Prior management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in rubber molding manufacturing (compression, transfer, or injection)
• Computer proficiency including employee time management systems (e.g., ADP); ERP experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and results-driven mindset
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail in documentation, timekeeping, and regulatory compliance
• Professional communication and team-building skills
