Production Processor/Operator

A leading bakery company is looking for a Production Processor/Operator to join its growing team in Manchester, NH! This is a great direct-hire opportunity at a company that conducts its business with integrity and fosters a respectful culture.

Responsibilities of the Production Processor/Operator

  • Work on the lines that make baked goods
  • Package finished goods and send them off to be shipped
  • Work closely with coworkers in a team environment
  • Follow all operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Production Processor/Operator

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • High school diploma, GED or Associate’s degree
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to work in hot/cold environments
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, lift, pull, push, stoop, bend, and stretch throughout the shift
  • Ability to understand instructions, warning labels, and postings in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Both second and third shifts are available! Pay starts at $15.50/hour plus $.50 differential for second shift and $1 differential for third. Apply today for this Production Processor/Operator position!
