Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

A global company specializing in injection molding and contract manufacturing services is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee 2^nd shift plant personnel at their Derry, NH facility. This full-time, direct-hire role includes comprehensive benefits!

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor – 2^nd Shift

• Assign work to team members
• Train personnel and monitor performance
• Interpret and communicate quality standards
• Set up and start up production jobs to meet schedule if needed
• Perform and document preventive maintenance and monitor machine parameters
• Ensure efficient, high-quality operations for complete customer satisfaction
• Assist with duties of machine operation, material handling, tool room, and/or inspection as necessary
• Complete documentation
• Monitor safety issues and take corrective action to rectify
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform related duties as required

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor – 2^nd Shift

• High school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of experience in plastic injecting molding and/or other machine operation, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Dependable team player with supervisory experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow written and verbal instructions
• Flexible with work tasks and willing to be available on an on-call alternate basis
• Must possess knowledge of materials, methods, and practices commonly used in the manufacture of plastics

Hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm. Pay depends on experience, from $19-$24/hour plus a 10% shift differential. We look forward to hearing from you about this 2^nd Shift Production Supervisor role!
