Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Our Derry, NH client is looking for a leader with machine operation experience for their 2nd Shift Production Supervisor role. You’ll oversee a small team to ensure efficient production of this global company’s high-quality plastic injection molded components. This full-time, direct-hire position includes great benefits!

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

• Supervise, train, and assign work to plant personnel
• Perform and document preventive maintenance and monitor machine parameters
• Set up and start up production jobs as needed to meet production schedule
• Complete paperwork
• Submit parts to Quality Assurance for approval
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures
• Perform duties of a Machine Operator, Material Handler, and/or Shift Inspector if necessary

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in a machine operation position and/or plastic molding environment, or any acceptable combination of education, training, and experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
• Flexible and adaptive to changing situations and work demands

Hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm. Pay for this Production Supervisor role depends on experience, ranging from $19-$24/hour plus a 10% 2nd shift differential. We look forward to hearing from you!
