A community-focused manufacturer in Manchester, NH needs a full-time Project Coordinator for their team! In this direct hire position, you will perform a range of administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently. Candidates with a strong administrative background and stellar attention to detail are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator

  • Answer phone and assist or direct callers
  • Maintain up-to-date files
  • Coordinate travel
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Ensure projects are completed on time
  • Perform research projects and report on findings
  • Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
  • Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Project Coordinator

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Project management skills are a plus!
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role highly preferred
