Our client is seeking a direct-hire Project Coordinator in Exeter, NH. You’ll put your project planning skills to good use in this global company’s collaborative, fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator

  • Plan project scope by organizing budgets, schedules, pre-meetings, and post-mortems
  • Help organize service long-term and short-term agendas
  • Track and report on schedule, scope, and budget throughout project lifecycle while acting as stakeholders’ first point of contact
  • Maintain preventive maintenance programs
  • Follow up on field service reports and field interventions to ensure effective customer service
  • Maintain training requirements for field service personnel
  • Generate reports from SAP and analyze data for accuracy
  • Support Account Management and Service Management teams
  • Provide coverage in service call center
  • Perform other administrative and project management tasks as required

Qualifications of the Project Coordinator

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus additional specialized training desired
  • 3+ years of experience handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously in a customer service-based environment
  • Knowledge of offset printing operations is a plus
  • Capacity to understand drawings, contract language, and industry operations
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • 2-3 years of planning and project management experience
  • Computer proficiency including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Advanced working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
  • Working knowledge of CRM, Salesforce preferred
  • PMP or CAPM certifications will be prioritized
