An established Seacoast company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installations of their custom equipment for the stone, glass, and concrete industries. Responsibilities of the Project Manager – Custom Equipment Installations

• Participate in all sales job meetings
• Prepare install layout
• Document all job responsibilities in summary checklist, and sign off when completed
• Place purchase orders
• Track vendor timelines
• Coordinate travel arrangements for new jobs
• Update Salesforce with new customer information
• Communicate with customers throughout installation process
• Monitor calls to customer service after new installs are completed to address any issues
• Perform related duties as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Project Manager – Custom Equipment Installations

• Relative or transferrable experience is preferred
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
