Leddy Group is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a busy property management company in Manchester, NH! 

**Direct hire opportunity with a growing and stable company offering health, dental vision and 401K with employer contribution**

Maintenance Technicians must demonstrate a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electricity, appliances, and HVAC in both theory and practical application.

Responsibilities of this role: 

  • Effectively communicate with residents, guests, visitors, and staff
  • Conduct all required community maintenance work, service requests, punch-outs, building inspections, and preventative maintenance
  • Prepare maintenance reports and other job-related documentation
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Completing work in a safe, prompt and professional manner in compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Communicate maintenance concerns of the community to appropriate management
  • Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the community
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications of Property Maintenance Technician: 

  • Must have 1-3 years of direct on the job experience
  • Must provide your own tools
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and driving record check
