Property Maintenance Technician

A leading property management company in Concord, NH is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team! This company has been in business for over 50 years and manages more than 2,000 residential units, as well as many commercial properties.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for doing any necessary maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

  • Handle customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan out daily repairs and diagnose problems, make repairs, and ensure everything is in proper working order.
  • Identify other necessary repairs that have not been addressed and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Assist with tasks such as shoveling, snow blowing, plowing, and cleaning.

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of repairing building systems (on the job training offered)
  • Experience using manual and power tools.
  • Valid Driver’s license, and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Strong time management skills.

This is a full time position working Monday – Friday. Candidate must pass a driving record check and background check upon job offer.
