Quality Management System Administrator

A leading manufacturer of wire and cable assemblies is looking for a Quality Management System Administrator in Hudson, NH. This full-time, long-term position could lead to a direct hire for the right candidate. Responsibilities of the Quality Management System Administrator

  • Review, update, and archive quality management documentation
  • Create and follow plans to fix quality non-conformance issues
  • Review inspection reports
  • Combine work orders, parts, and prints into kits
  • Keep track of any shortages in kit supplies
  • Update quality logs daily to ensure accuracy, and provide documentation to management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Quality Management System Administrator

  • Familiarity with Quality Management Standards in a manufacturing setting (ISO9001, AS9100, and AS9102)
  • Previous experience with a Quality Management System is preferred
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency, including creating charts and graphs
  • Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills
  • Good time management, planning, and organization skills
  • High school diploma or GED required

The Quality Management System Administrator works first shift, Monday through Thursday from 7:00am-4:30pm and every other Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Pay starts at $22/hour.
